三 | 本月17日，汤加推举一位来自厄瓜多尔的外交官参选下任联合国秘书长。目前，角逐这一职务的候选人共8位，他们分别是：厄瓜多尔外交官伊沃内·巴基、智利前总统米歇尔·巴切莱特、来自厄瓜多尔的联大前主席玛丽亚·费尔南达·埃斯皮诺萨、来自阿根廷的现任国际原子能机构总干事拉斐尔·格罗西、来自哥斯达黎加的现任联合国贸易和发展会议秘书长蕾韦卡·格林斯潘、来自乌干达的联合国前副秘书长奥拉拉·奥通努、圭亚那现任常驻联合国代表卡罗琳·罗德里格斯-伯基特、塞内加尔前总统麦基·萨勒。 根据《联合国宪章》，联合国秘书长的产生首先必须由安理会推荐，然后由联合国大会任命。 现任联合国秘书长古特雷斯的任期将于今年12月31日届满。下任联合国秘书长遴选于去年11月启动，整个过程预计将持续至今年9月或10月，直至安理会就最终人选形成一致意见。（记者 王帆）。
